All workshops take place in London, W10. Each session comprises of a 2.5 hour
cookery lesson with Ailsa, followed by lunch.
PLANT BASED SPEEDY SUPPER WORKSHOP
Learn how to make substantial, nutritious, plant-based supper dishes, concentrating on time saving tricks.
Ailsa shows how to incorporate more vegetables, pulses & grains into your diet, even if you are a committed meat eater.
Discover how dishes can be created instinctively, without a rigid recipe.
Together we will build a diverse array of dishes from a ‘toolbox’ of pre-prepared home-made components.
You’ll be provided with a recipe pack to take home.
SEASONAL SUPER SALAD WORKSHOP
Ailsa shows how to make a ’tool box ‘ of components of roasted & chargrilled veg, pulses, grains, spice mixes & dressings, to assemble into various salad dishes.
Learn how to incorporate more vegetables, pulses & grains into our diet, and that dishes can be created instinctively & without a rigid recipe.
You’ll be provided with a recipe pack, & it will all be vegetarian.
PAN ASIAN CANAPES AND CURRIES
Enjoy learning how to make a range of Asian inspired canapés; sambols; chutney; dal; Indian, Thai & Malaysian chicken/veggie curries.
Perfect for a formal dinner party, and yet simple enough to cook for a midweek supper, and can be prepared in advance.
You’ll be provided with a recipe pack.
MIDDLE EASTERN MEZZE
Learn how to make a Middle Eastern Mezze & create a healthy meal, using lots of different spices: Chicken Shawarma; Cauliflower Shawarma; Tabbouleh; Humous; Moutabel; Falafel; Roasted Veg with Whipped Feta & Za'atar; Pickled Red Onion;
Finishing off with a Gluten Free cake, and sampling it all for lunch.
