Established in 1991 by Leith's School of Food graduate, Ailsa Pettersson's wide mix of clientele enjoy honest, unfussy and  tasty dishes, with a variety of textures & flavours that take the best from different cookery disciplines and cuisines.


Her passion is for using lots of spices, nuts, herbs, seeds, pulses & vegetables, as well as meat & fish.
