Creative Cuisine is a well established West London based Catering Company that is Innately interested in food, from sourcing it, cooking it and ensuring that people enjoy consuming it, and with a special interest in health.They  are known for providing healthy, modern, tasty and colourful food for all types of events.  A priority being to provide a stress free, smooth service, and only employing a group of extremely loyal staff who can help to provide this.

Established in 1991 by Ailsa Connell Pettersson, her wide mix of clientele enjoy dishes that are honest, unfussy and extremely tasty, with a variety of textures & flavours that take the best from different cookery disciplines and cuisines.

Always a keen cook, Ailsa began her first cake business aged 13, selling to a ready market of cake lovers in the form of the parents of her mother’s piano pupils.  By the age of 15 she had developed this into an easy supper club that conveniently filled freezers with delicious dinners for busy locals and by 18 she was in demand as a cook for house and dinner parties in the area.

After graduating from the Leith School of Food with distinction Ailsa fine-tuned her skills and broadened her experience with highly regarded catering companies of the late 80s. By 1991 Alisa was ready to set up Creative Cuisine with the help of the Enterprise Allowance Scheme and for over 25 years she and her team have helped provide reliable and memorable catering to large and small, business and home based events in west London.

Her favourite chefs are Skye Gyngell, Cindy Pawlcyn, Claudia Rodin & Ottolenghi.
